It’s a long walk up Kensington Avenue
from Mom and Bones place.

Mom doesn’t care,
it Thanksgiving Day,
and she wants to see Bones
gets fed.

She takes him up to Saint Francis Inn,
she knows the brothers
will treat them good,
and the food will be delicious.

They’re escorted to a table
just like they were
paying customers.

I am glad that Bones and his mother spent Thanksgiving together and the walk must have helped stimulate their appetite.  Somehow, I don't think that Bones ever really got enough to eat and his appetite probably didn't need much stimulating.  But, still he was with his Mom and she cared about him.

That's good.

Love,
A

Thanks dear Alison,

Mom does the best she can for Bones, with what she has.

At least every now and then, there was warmth and enough food in Bones' life.

I enjoyed visiting the site you added. Blessed be all those people for their selfless service!

Love,
Margherita

Thanks dear Margherita,

Yes, the folks at Saint Francis Inn do good work here in the hood.

I'm glad you enjoyed your visit to their place.

Love Bobby
