Bones is way deeper
than he can afford to be.

It would be way
more comfortable
to just let them “do it”
and then move on.

He should be as shallow
as he appears to be.

The deep resentment
Bones carries in his mind
is overwhelming for him.

It ticks, and ticks
his time away.

If given the time,
it will explode.

Bones should express those deep-seated feelings of pain and resentment. Perhaps he could write poetry, take acting classes, take ballet lessons... Hmm, perhaps NOT. That wouldn't go over well in the hood.

Perhaps he should find a secluded spot and scream his frustrations into the wind!!! ~ or
find someone caring and compassionate who would really listen to him.

Thanks dear Linda,

He was lucky enough to find Griselda, the caring and compassionate person you describe.  She gave Bones a sort time of true happiness, before his brutal death.

The lovely Griselda was the best thing that ever happened to Bones.

BTW--Bones does write poetry, right here in the hood.
