Oh fickle friend where have you fled I've searched high and low but alas it seems your dead For months you've evaded me with ease So much so, I miss you beyond belief Who is this someone you may now ask- It is sleep a Collegiate's delinquent friend |

From one student to another...I can truly empathize. Sleep is certainly fleeting at times. Hope you find some zzz's. |

Yo dear Jill, Relax, count sheep, do stuff like that. Start with the toes, and gradually relax one part of the body at a time. Love Bobby |

Hypothetically, but all nighters and general...drama at campus does nothing for me. Good advice though. Although I must say I've learned what I am like on empty. It's kind of funny, but not cool the day(s) after. BTW How's life treating you? It's been a while since I've been on piptalk. I missed it. J. |

Well, I do know which friend has been missing from these pages of blue! ~ You, Ms Shadow In Blue! ~ and you've come back with a poetic treat that many of us, at one time or another, can totally identify with! My biorhythms were so off when I was in nursing school. I stayed up night after night burning the midnight oil ~ and I had one heckuvva time trying to stay awake during the day! I wish I knew back then what I know today about the benefits of meditation! Sending an angel tonic so that you require less sleep and will be energized throughout the day. Then you will be able to slip off to a peaceful slumber after your schoolwork is completed at night! Warm hug, Linda |
