I have seen you on sun room afternoons when your skin was wet with pleasure and you left drapes to be temptation like a drop of water on the tongue waiting for thirsty to be willing and then losing caution to surrender there are so many windows on streets now since you discovered my eye pool ripples and you stand beside them often looking back behind to see if I am there as if my arms around your waist were sighs enough to certify the more than wanting not just to linger through another evening ____________ daark (white stone series) |
