sometimes I would stand in the rain on purpose just to watch puddle mirrors forming almost in anticipation of you looking down from your window at the reflections and wondering who was looking for yours and then it was quite by accident how we double parked without cars while rushing from our traffic moving slow just to exchange our nothing special but you did gift wrap yours in cellophane like the wind when you wore a dress and had your hands full of importance climbing stairs or passing around a corner when it showed the world your thighways and everyone was suddenly and hopefully not just another stranger knowing you deeply ______________ daark (white stone series) |
