Time for Trick or Treat? "We don't have time?" running her fingers above his ears through his dark hairline "No, we don't have time," hugging her closely to him smelling her unique perfume "Are you sure?" she questions while his tongue traces a line from her collarbone to ear "Yes, I am sure," he whispers as he leans down for a kiss elevating them further "I do understand," she responds perched on the balls of her feet with her teeth grasping his lip "I really mean it, we don't have time," he states while one large hand slides to the small of her backside "Sweetie are you looking at your watch?" she questions as he struggles in exhaustive frustration Ding-dong, the sound of the doorbell is heard in frightening unison they scream, "Dang! trick or treaters" Janette always seeking joy, adventure and romance and wishing you find the same |

Robert - I am thinking that I prefer the "treaters" to the tricks. *wink* Thanks for stopping by. Gentle Spirit - Thank you for the smile-filled response. I had hoped this one would bring some humor. Janette always seeking joy, adventure and romance and wishing you find the same |

I say put the candy on the porch, turn out the lights and enjoy the real treats. but of course some treats are even better when we have to wait for them. I enjoyed the read |

Mark - I agree! And perhaps ... waiting makes the heart grow fonder? Thank you for laughing with me, I appreciate the comment. Janette always seeking joy, adventure and romance and wishing you find the same |

Yo dear Janette, I have a bag with 180 candybars for the kids. It's crowded here in the hood, with loads of candy hungry kids. Everyone on the block sits out side their house passing out candy bars. We've been doing it for years. Of course, were a row house neighborhood. About ten houses per block, one built right next to the other. Love Bobby |

Robert - I am agreeing with you, passing out candy to the kids is a fun holiday tradition. I pass out the giant Snickers bars here from my home in Chicagoland. My husband says if we give really nice "treats" then hopefully we will not get tricked. *wink wink* Thanks for the read. Trace2RYM - a vampire huh? Ouch! I had not thought of that while writing this one, but that could have easily been worked in ... clever idea actually. Clever lady! Thanks for replying. Janette always seeking joy, adventure and romance and wishing you find the same |
