Tell me that I am amazing and
That I am beautiful
Lie to me
Make me forget the emptiness that I will feel tomorrow
after you leave
Drown out the insecurities
with sweet nothings
and make me believe
that I am the only one

The only time we waste is the time we spend thinking we are alone.

I once was in that place and wrote a poem about it several years later. I can relate, dear "Beautiful"!
You captured those feelings and relayed them into a very emotive piece of writing.
