It’s hard to keep control at times when you are standing there, My eyes become transfixed by the piercing of your stare. Or a simple summer breeze that rolls so gently through your hair, I need to let you know today how much I really care. On page of course it's easier to tell you how I feel, Then somehow the reality of this dream would seem more real. Your heart remains unopened and not for me to steal, I wish not to create in you a hurt I cannot heal. Sitting on the beach that night, the waves made a crashing sound, Inside I had the same feeling as my heart did pound and pound. These emotions hit me always at times when you’re around, I yearn to let you know now that a princess I have found. So where o’ where I ask myself do I now go from here? I wish to be so close to you but you don’t feel so near. For unrequited love it seems, it is our greatest fear, But what would be worse forever, is if you didn’t know my dear. I want to try with all my might, to fulfil your desires. I wish to boost this flame so it will build into a fire. I am not sure if I can be all that you require, At least I know that if you know, I’ll have fuel to start the pyre. |

"For unrequited love it seems, it is our greatest fear, But what would be worse forever, is if you didn’t know my dear." Yeah, I have felt this way many times, and still do. I never say the words I should and it leaves me feeling like things are unfinished somehow. Great write. |
