                          Betty’s hamburger was unusually dry

considering it was the middle of July

                        so how did your meeting at Middle Tennessee State go?

                        did they give your proposal a try?

                        i was talking to this girl from Embry Riddle and she said ….

                                   {hearing the word proposal

                        made Eve remember the day she heard Howard’s proposal}

howard :

                        anyway, so i told her ......

                        {did he have to make her cry?

                        he was such a sweet guy

                        think of it Eve

                        we could live in the middle of Oregon

                        or even Riddle, Oregon

                        i could get a job teaching middle school and …

                       but she never did reply}

                       i must have been daydreaming again

howard :

                       your meeting at Middle Tennessee State

                       how did it go?

eve :

                       oh that

                       i think they’re still in the middle of deciding

                       can you imagine it?

                       me .... in the middle of presiding!!!

                       it would be great Eve

eve :

                       so,  what about you

                       you’re looking spry this morning

howard :

                       i’m feeling spry

eve :

                       what's this?

howard :

                       open it …

                       Eve opens the box

                       you feel like getting wet?

                                      [handing Eve the brochure]

                       Cabo San Lucus!!!!!!!!!

                       you won the bet!!!!!!

howard :
