More Ethnic Food (I left two of the spelling errors in there because they make it sound even funnier). There is a story here to the effect that there are too many overweight people in China. Presumably the overweight people in China must be Chinese. Presumably these Chinese are eating Cheese food. Therefore, Chinese food causes overweight.. And the solution to this problem is clear. They should stop eating so much Chinese food. The restaurants in China can help. They can do this by making Chinese food more expensive and by making fortune cookies without sugar. That way people will stop eating them. That way they won't die of heart disease, and will die of something else instead I know sometimes it can be hard to stop eating Chinese food, especially on lonely empty nights when there isn't anything else in the freezer to eat for dinner ... Eating Chinese food causes death. They should try eating healthy, like tofurkey. Do you know any dead people who didn't eat Chinese when they were alive? No! ...,No! I don't mean eating them cannibalistically! I mean the FOOD ..I mean the CHINESE Food! The Chinese should eat more fruits and vegetables. That way they can kill plants instead of animals. Wouldn't it be great to kill more plants than animals? Personally, I like enchiladas smothered in melted chase, with lots of sour cream on top. Tacos, avocados, chalupas with everything on them, and fresh tamales when they ripen in season on the wild guacamole trees, with as much melted cheese as possible. I'm getting hungry ... I have to go write now ... (rumbling stomach" Remember to eat with your mouth full! La cucaracha, ... |

Hmmm, perhaps the Chinese should eat Canadian food! ~ We Canadians are all thin! ~ NOT lol You are in a crazy foodalicious mood, my little cucaracha! "Personally, I like enchiladas smothered in melted chase, with lots of sour cream on top. Tacos, avocados, chalupas with everything on them, and fresh tamales when they ripen in season on the wild guacamole trees, with as much melted cheese as possible." ~ Now you're talking! Yum in the tum! Mind you, I'm known to eat Chinese myself! The food ~ not the people! Love and Laughs, Linda |

What is Canadian food, anyhow? Is it duck? I saw an author read her book recently, "Martina the Beautiful Cockroach". Carmen Deedy is the author. The roach's full name is: "Martina Josephina Catalina Cucaracha". Thank you for that smile. |

You did leave me smiling, Jaime. Amid all the humor though, this little bit caught my eyes. ---- I know sometimes it can be hard to stop eating Chinese food, especially on lonely empty nights when there isn't anything else in the freezer to eat for dinner ... ----- Good poetry all by itself, my friend. Jaime Fradera, Things must have changed since the last time I was in China doing engineering work about fifteen years ago. I don’t remember obesity as being a particular problem there. It most likely is due to the introduction of a more western diet, and a greater percentage of people living a sedimentary lifestyle--something similar to the average American--oink. Svelte Bobby |
