All the beautiful street people
are sad to see Bones go.

The service at Mother of Divine Grace
is very inspirational.

Butch, Wawa, Muck, Felix, Angelo, and Andrzej
carry Bones casket out the door.

It’s not heavy.
Bones was small for his age
of fourteen.

At the cemetery,
Griselda has to be restrained,
held-up,
she’s overcome with grief.

The gang puts
their young brother
in the ground.

They gather back
at Felix’s house.

All they want to do
is forget their loss,
they want something
to cheer them up,
and still remember Bones.

Muck pulls Marika
to the center
of the living room.

He unzips Marika’s dress.
All she is wearing
is a tight “G” string
and pasties over her breasts.

Muck takes her shoes off,
he claps,
and Marika begins to dance.

The gang starts clapping slowly,
as Marika dances.

She works up a sweat,
as she gyrates
in the middle of the floor.

The gang claps faster.
Marika dances faster, and faster.
Exhausted,
Marika drops to Muck’s feet.

“Muck, I’m getting tired.
Can I please stop dancing
until I get my breath?”

He gives her a little kick,
and slaps her on the rump.

He grabs Marika by the hair,
and lifts her
to look her in the eyes.

“Come on Marika,
you know better than that.

Keep dancing
until I tell you to stop.

Do it for poor little Bones.”

She moans and cries softly,
gets to her feet,
and dances even faster.

By now her thin,
olive skinned body
is gleaming with perspiration,
and she is panting in exhaustion.

Her tears are running
down her face.

She once again
drops to her knees
in front of Muck.

Finally,
Muck relents,
and lets her stop.

Griselda helps Marika
get dressed.

Bones would have
liked the party.

Reading this makes me realize what it is I don't like about the gang mentality. The attitude toward females.

Thanks dear Ida,

I knew I'd have trouble over that.  Please bear in mind that Marika and Muck are mad for each other.  They have been together for at least three of my book.

As you say, different cultures, in different places, have different codes of ethics.

Also remember, if I ever tried that with my ex-wife she would have torn my leg off.  She is an excellent dancer though.  She has the frame for it.

Love Bobby
