Yes, and the monkey is too much of a "gentleman" even to WANT to laugh at the real idiot. The monkey treats the haughty idiot with sincere respect, in spite of not getting any from him. The monkey refuses to stoop to the level of the haughty idiot. I have often said (in conversation and in poetry) that if the human race could only rise to the level of civilisation of a troop of Vervet monkeys, the world would be a much better place! - Owl |

thank You Owl for the information about the vervet monkey....However I don't share your opinion about monkeys being better than people....They behave perhaps in a social way that is better, but I think they can't be choosen as an exemple....However I understand what you mean when you argue about that... best wishes yann |
