When Trust Has Gone Your hurtful words, accusations thrown Leaves me guessing, future unknown Your untrusting nature, there is no belief Neither upon the surface nor deep down beneath Are these your true feelings that you share? When anger strikes and tempers flare The sadness felt by words alone Hits me hard, affects bonds grown I'm left confused and feeling lost What's left to say, when when there is no trust? |

Trust takes an age to earn and a moment to shatter. When trust has gone, what is lefyt? Nicely stated poem. Do not go gentle into that good night. |

I really like this poem. It's so true. I can relate to it so much. Words hurt more than anything and can ruin a good thing in a matter of seconds. Good luck with everything. Awesome poem. |

Hard and fast the love departs with the loss of trust. |
