My feelings flow freely from my pen, My thoughts hindered by my tongue. I realize the release of my pain, I realize the freeing of my soul. Slowly the words form from ink, Slowly the emotions leave my heart, The walls formed around me crumble. The power of writing, more powerful than the stone of my heart. Drifting aimlessly through their existence, Finding home only on paper. Love and hate find their way between the lines, Printed on the hopes of a better day. Well thank you...The "Earthy" user name is the best reflection of who I am...My FIRST passion is the outdoors, my second would be my poetry. I spend my days in the woods finding the inspiration to spend my nights writing. I look forward to reading, and sharing more... |
