They Say

THEY say, and they are they who know,
that time it conquers all,
it heals,
it soothes,
it helps to ease,
and possibly forget,

I say,
and I am only ME,
that though they know,
cuz they are they,
and dare not ask they how,
don't put all focus on that time,
or be sure you'll miss the now.

I agree! ~ and like yourself, I often wonder who "THEY" are! Hmmmm! I just had a thought! You and I may be "THEY" to them! lol

Oh! That all familiar word "They"
THEY might not like the way I act.
THEY might be angry if I say that.
THEY might say something nasty behind my back if I do that.
"THEN" comes "DID YOU HEAR" what "THEY" did to the old car down the block?
