Moments In Terra Cotta Charm

Striking flint against the wind, until the fire roars
Treading drifts of curiousity, my spirit warms
Daylight savings scents of auburn into fresh air funds
Gathered pennies of antiquity, thus sunshine spends
Many times, the deeper paths cleared levels lay away
Every molecule to boil and dance, in hopes dark chardonney
Mergered footsteps to the threshhold at day cabin beaut
Turn about, the door is opened to fates lulling flute
On the mantle, earnest gatherings to enterprise
Terra Cotta charms reside melodic empathize
Stored within, are moments captured in thin silver net
Just the heartstrings of a memory I cannot forget
Soft the contours of your face once shaven smooth and tan
Laced in compliment, just a little hint of Errol Flynn more than
Recollected, in a letter sent by heart and soul
Do I keep, in blessing all, as love’s most ardent fuel

TD, The heat of that was so intense I almost got 3rd degree burns...might have been better 'Behind Closed Doors' !!
