Felix Is Way Fed-up |

Felix is way fed-up with the life he’s led, and what he’s had to do just to stay alive. The so called “glamorous” life of a street child is not as much fun as some unknowing people would have you believe. It’s dead boring as hell, and Felix wants out. However there is no way for him to escape. Bobby |

Perhaps, moving to the woods would be the only escape. But there are always issues out in the woods as well. Thanks for sticking around, Mr Jordan, with the continuing saga of Felix and gang. |

The poor kid! ~ Literally and otherwise! It's a shame how children like him slip through the cracks of our 'society'!!! His plight makes me want to clean him, clothe him, feed him, teach him ~ and love him. Love & Child Light, Linda |

fine continuance of the Felix saga! (is there a way for any of us to 'escape'... I'm still looking for that river to skate away on) applause! |

Midnitesun, Thanks for your words on this. Yes, there are issues in the woods. I don't think Felix could survive there, I know I couldn't. You are the kind, and pretty young lady who talked me into staying. Felix and I thank you for that. Bobby |

I often find myself thinking this about people that seem to be in precarious situations...some seem to be content where they are, but some would surely escape if they could find a way...and I believe that day will come as they seek it...James |

Secondhanddreampoet, Escaping is very hard to do for any of us. However, if you want it bad enough, you will find a way to skate out. Thanks for liking this part of the saga. Bobby |

James, You've got the right idea. If you want it bad enough, there is at least an ever so small chance of success. Luck plays a large part in what happens to anyone. Bobby |

Bobby, we're starting to gain insight into how Felix FEELS. That was all that was previously missing and now we know him that much more. It's a pleasure to know him... |

The enduring of poverty and the conditions of Felix's childhood seem never-ending while he is stuck there, but life does not stagnate and so we can hope and trust that he finds the way to escape and is helped in this attempt. It should happen nowhere in the world, yet it continues to happen. So sad, dear Bobby. love Margherita |

Dear Lady Tom, I’m afraid the “trouble” is what is boring him. If you mean, will he eventually kill someone. That is a possibility. Love Bobby |

Dear Margherita, You are correct, it does continue to happen, and it is sad. There are many Felix's here in the hood. Bobby |

Children are often born into a world of no voice, no choice and like you said Bobby, luck plays a part in wheather they escape or not no matter how much they might want to escape. Good example would be "Baby Grace" in Texas. She wasn't even thre years old and didn't stand a chance. Ida |

Bobby You may need to gently remind Felix how strong he really is. We all know this to be true having followed / kept an eye on him over these past few weeks. He is a fighter & survivor and just needs to keep believing that things will get better...Keep the faith Felix, I'm relying on you. BTW, if you take to the hills, I'm going to come looking for you & drag you right back here where you belong, we need you ! John |

John, Thanks for the kind words on this one. I hope you're feeling great. Don't worry, Felix isn't going anywhere. He can't afford the bus fare anyway. Bobby |

Unfortunately, there are too many children like Felix. May they find someone to take care of them. |
