Maybe... Has to be The most frustrating word in any of our languages. For example, If I were to say 'Maybe' I'll come along to your picnic I shouldn't bother making a whole load of extra sandwiches. If I were to say 'Maybe' I'll go to first-aid classes I shouldn't bother taking extra bandages. 'Cause all of us fall into one of two major catergories, The 'Maybe-ees' and the 'maybe-ers' The 'maybe-ees' offer up mind, body and soul The 'maybe-ers' have control. We spend our time guessing and assessing Possibilities and probabilities The wills and the won'ts The dos from the do nots... |

I like this...nicely written, and it made me think. What do I want to be, a maybe-er or a do-er? And how much maybe-ing will I put up with? I like hanging with do-ers. |

Yes, food for thought ... well done. You brought back memories of my grandmother whom I adored, she used that word with wisdom. She was a woman of faith and she left it to God, that He - maybe - made her certainties manifest. love Margherita |

Simon, I gotta tell you, I hate indecision. “Yes”, and “No”, are two of the most important words in the language. Nice poem. Bobby |
