I can see you smile as you ride down the boulevard of hope and hear the laughter of the girls as they beg for your eyes on their tan candy bodies and read their lips that say pick me, I’m the one of your dreams and you look back in a nonchalant way dressed in black leathers and frames and wonder what the fuss is but check to see if they could possibly fit into your dreams of night time loving and day time living Hopeful there will be at least one that could make your smile last... Be kind at heart....for everyone you meet has their own battle to fight......... |

This is very lovely and holds lightness, dear Roniece, but it also suggests that we always dream of something perfect, that seems out of reach. ms r & b...I am sure the rider will spend a dream moment somewhere...they all seem to, but then they wake again and crave another dream...thus the highway is the only love that lasts it seems. Enjoyed your view here. |

I agree, It's hard at the moment to think about 'tan candy' bodies because it's FREEZING. But I certainly will keep your writing in ming for when it does (if ever) warm up. Enjoyed as ever. |

I stood at the corner of Happy Street And Hopeful Avenue Admiring all the ladies fair That happened into view. Too many years I'd passed them all Without a single glance Now Father Time was telling me I'd better take a chance. I saw her walking toward me with Her skin of candy tan And tried my best to look as if I were a virile man. She reached her hand toward me And her touch was honey sweet. She smiled and said, "Hey, mister, can I help you cross the street?"  |
