A breath taken from you could change a life forever And should you know the truth, my love would you think my plot too clever? In the mean, I’ll not dare to risk another late night tending And all my dreams your answer feigns a wisp of all you treasure But if I never catch a breeze in favor of your tender To higher ground I’ll make my stand and inhale your sweet surrender |
