A Kiss Do you really love me I'm not sure I want to know Here is my heart you'll see It shines with a little glow It's been tossed and kicked around Broken and patched back up It whispers I love you sounds Just to hold your love like a cup It will sing and sometimes cry And bleeds if you go away Upon your return there's a sigh Then dreams of you all day Flutters as you touch my hand Like ripples in sparkling wine Thumps as we run in the sand Then matches your pulse to mine When you smile it skips or a miss And your hugs will make it drop But when your lips give me a kiss My heart just wants to stop  |

I’ve heard a “kiss is just a kiss”, but I don’t agree for some kisses are more than just a kiss. Some are heart stoppers, good poem. |
