Old high school friends make you smile.

I wonder why it took 25 years for him to fall.
Now that I'm old and getting gray.
At my peak, so to say.

I haven't changed a bit.
Well he's a liar.
And I smile at that.

I'd say the "fall" probably happened 25 years ago...it just took that long for the breeze it caused to make it past the rest of the trees...
