My Heart In Her Fingertips

In my dreams
I dreamed of my honey
lying in bed next to me
gracing me and embracing me
wihin her silky luxury
and when I awoke
I smelled her perfume
the essence of her
filling the room,
for all through
this night
she was laying
right next to me
and as she wished me
a good morning and
kissed my lips she
held my heart in
her fingertips.
