Cosmic Love The sun and moon seductively smile Vying for the admiration of the sky Not knowing her attention has been given To a sincerely apologetic voice on a pier Staring into the twilight eyes of forever Intermittently blinking Like the lights on a Christmas tree Decorated by the most loved Angels To the delight of silence and forgiveness unseen Remaining beyond the grasp of unbelievers As moments are to a pause of a ticking clock Whether the distance is between the stars Or the increasing distance, Between two stellar hearts……….
