this side of yo-yo on the downhill grade gravy freewheeling my leather gears letting the spit of dawn lubricate there is no urgency in this freedom it is a loose shirt unbuttoned sleeveless too mostly unless it is chilly outside and then it is a poncho with neon nothings woven inside the kind you can always lean into when you are pretending the wind or just hide behind some saturdays between closing times and tomorrows when all you really need is more time and a few more miles to get there to downtown mosey with the lights on ________________ daark |
