Destruction, Destruction

That's all we ever see
In this town where everyone fight eachother quite easily

Meaningless "tags", they leave be
But the art on our walls, they tear down quite easily

Graffitti, Grafitti everywhere
And now we've reached the point when we just don't care

  I read this three times, but I have a feeling the powerful images will stay with me all day.  Destruction... and replacing art with graffiti?  different generations and cultures of expression, I suppose.  I think graffiti has its place, but not through vandalism.

Dear miscellanea,

I am glad that you like my picture.

Where I live, some graffiti is taken away within a day while others been there for years.

And they remove the good things, and leave the other work.

For example, just a week ago, someone made a mural in a tunnel, it was beautiful and a real masterpiece.

They took it away emediatly.

Just a few steps away are words not worthy this forum, nor suited for it, painted.

That has been there for over a year.

Life is a rollercoster, live for the ride.
