Vexed I carefully pondered my choices And filled out the ballot with care. I checked it again and sealed it; Mailed it early to get it there. I couldn't attend the caucus. There was somewhere else I must be. They will settle it all at the meetings With little regard for me. Then why do we have a primary With cost in a huge amount? I'm angered that though I followed the rules, My wishes and vote won't count. By: Joyce 2/9/08 |

I had to look up the meaning of the word "caucus" to get this message and now of course I agree with you, dear Joyce. It seems to me that the politicians always succeed in doing what THEY want anyway. It is frustrating You do well to speak out! love Margherita |

joyce~ I know just how you feel My State just had to be one of the ones that wanted to move the primary to January~ I filled out my ballot, mailed in with glee. But as a registered Democrat Florida had NO delegates for me~ Frustrating is right~ *Huglets* to you and all of us patriotic folks~ We all keep trying~ ~*Marge*~ ~*The sound of a kiss is not as strong as that of a cannon, but it's echo endures much longer*~ |

My Mother said much the same thing to me recently. She is fit to be tied the entire system right now. I am too as a matter of fact. Thank you, Joyce, for expressing what so many feel. Alison |
