The world is a brass band,
some people did not learn to read notes,
Some play their own partition,
the others have no instruments,
it is for these reasons
that the music is not pretty.

If we all played in tune, our world would be one of perfect pitch and harmony!

I always enjoy reading your thoughts! They give pause for pondering!

Warm hug and a smile,
Linda

I enjoyed this, Yann.  If it was all in tune, it may not be as interesting as it is.  Rimsky-Korsakov's music is sometimes discordant, but discordant music can be beautiful in its own way, even if it is not pretty.  - But yes, I hear what you are saying and I agree with you and Linda.  I was just putting forward another opinion.

Hello Linda, yes I would like to have more harmony about a lot of problems of this planet, even within people...

Thanks, Yann, but that doesn't take away from your poem.  Harmony is something to be sought after, and believe me, I love harmony - both literally and metaphorically.

I love your musical interpretation of the world, dear Yann! Yes, we all must take these lessons of attunement, so that we may evolve ...

Love,
Margherita

Discordant. Yes. Variables overtake a symphony and the harmony becomes an exquisite wreckage which only enhance the collective human experience. Ruin, like pain, is art waiting to be played for the audience. I like this expressive piece.
