I remain below the horizon Often, checking my back trail There used to be amazement that arose from this hindsight Astonished at how straight my path has been... through the Coil of Life Life... a coiled, spiraling spring and I... the shock absorber that passes through its' center Odd metaphor, perhaps but it works for me and now... as always... as I pause to observe the journey hind and fore... it is in this stillness that the greatest movement is perceived Ah, the Stillness ! It is my secret place My very essence From the stillness... I am able to perceive the completion of my fifty first solar orbit and know that the sun revolves around me From the stillness... I am able to examine my work Oh, How I have toiled ! How deeply I have pondered... forever attempting to manufacture leggings that would properly fit over the snakes' enormous calves I know that I will continue this tiresomely endless action that holds such wonder and is all too brief Deeds that need not and must be done and so... From the stillness... there is movement I travel the length of the straight path, knowing that a line extended to its farthest point is the Alpha and Omega of a circle By true definition there is no other way for one to walk through "Galilee" and so... From the stillness... there is a great Doing, along the straight path, below the horizon **** |

quote: Dear Larry, this is simply awesome. I am impressed. You are so right, from the stillness life's beauty and richness is perceived and we touch upon divine whispers of guidance. Love, Margherita |

There is a lot to ponder here slowly like sipping some green tea and cinnamon stick. I will read again and again,. |
