The clouds are full of symbols And for this spiritual eye Seeking space for the wandering It may at first appear impossible To discern the diverse journey That I suppose leads to an answer I could set out in contrary directions And transverse in numberless points Hoping to greet success at journey’s end And in my Mortal Mind I am easily led along this or that path And, like a child, left thinking Did I dispute a wiser whisper? Did I miss a true sign? Until I waver The clouds are gone The sky is blue As my eyes Are empty |
