Barren tree

Wilting dream

Sorrow's leaves

Falling drifting

On grounds of grief

Hollowed hearts

Once echoed through

Pulse of love

They once knew

Vacant eyes

Fading light

Reflected lives

Vanishing sight

Empty souls

Spilling out

All they know

Fall barren now...
