Beyond Tomorrow By Paul Wilson Come forward he says feel my pain touch my mind with your eyes see what others cannot Draw the blood from my body like cool water from the well Grasp that which eludes all but a chosen few the moment for living and dying is now The six marks his path stumble not into Satan’s fire give not into his desire Before the next sun rises visit your past and dreams of yesterday embrace visions of tomorrow Screech of nails upon gray stone brings forth blood caught in palm fingers worn to the bone Redemption ( maybe ) Silver challis from which you drink spilled upon his tomb nectar of life Hollowed eyes filled with pain and love invite us on this journey with him embrace the dream and promise of eternal life ~~To share my poems with you is to share my heart with you~~ |

Paul, I don't understand this strophe at all: "The six marks his path stumble not into Satan’s fire give not into his desire" I do like the last strophe. The whole would be more understandable with standard English language punctuation. Bobby |

Bobby...The six marks his path is a refrerence to Satan 666... Telling people not to follow the path of Satan the path of the 6 Thanks for reading and for your reply. I've been away for awhile and am a little rusty on my writting, so please excuse the confussion I may have caused...Paul ~~To share my poems with you is to share my heart with you~~ |

Dear Paul, it's good to have you back here. I love the title and what you convey with your words. Especially: quote: Fear sometimes grasps us, but I do believe that God loves us all and always, even if sometimes we stumble, after all we are His children and He will not allow any of us to get lost. What redemes us alwasy is LOVE. Please continue to share, your presence is highly appreciated here. Love and hugs. Margherita |

This is good...really, really good. I loved the many subtle inferences to your 'theological' theme... |
