I'm sitting in a room, pencil and paper in my hand
trying to understand the things that are happening in the land
of the free, but these goverments smashing my knees
cutting down trees, burning cash with ease
even if I sneeze they be after me
like a konvict floating apon the sea
why cant people see the pain enduring
in the hearts of American's, companies pressuring
civilians with higher prices on everything they can change
everything in the range of my eyeballs is higher then the change
and dollars I have in my pocket, even if I had a gold wallet
filled with diamonds it wouldn't be enough to fill the ballet
that these prices exploding to, I'm broke as tuck
stuck in a bind between loose change and robbing armored trucks
maybe with any luck I might be able to gather a few pennies
even so, with any money I gather, I'll have new enimies
or unknown families coming up to me like I'm a charity
suddenly I got a new family tree, hearts filled with vanity
honestly, I'm fed up with all these fallacies surrounding my being
all I'm seeing is lies by civilians, even the meaning
of the free is disorienting, because after the evening
is done, I'll be sitting here, all broke and cold
bold enough to continue writing, but my heart is already sold.

(chorus)
I will fight for the right of America's dream of liberty
So I can say whatever I want freely
Without the goverment listening with an open ear
Without that constant state of fear.

I will fight for the right of America's dream of liberty
So I can say whatever I want freely
Without the goverment listening with an open ear
Without that constant state of fear.
(chorus/)

Scraping the bottom of the barrel
having only one table, unable
to gather the proper money I need to survive
I'm lucky to be alive, I'm about to dive
in the hole of despair without a bungie cord
a board of sorrow follows me down, lunging me toward
the chords on guitar strings, or microphone lines
rhymes and times have changed, and with every line
I write, it's filled with meaning and coherency
I don't do this for the money, I do it for the glory
I get when people are feeling my music and sing along with it
candles are lit, people feeling my stuff, it's amazing isn't it
that one man could have so much meaning on so many aspects
of life and that person expects to get respect
but he doesn't get any, many people diss him
rip him to shreds, but when he gets hooked up with the vitamin
of money, they look at him differently, and ask him for money
it's funny isn't it, whenever I hit the lottery
they turn like factories into toy companies
what the hell they want from me
I'm through with hypocrites and back stabbing fools
covered in wool, falling like overused goverment tools.

(chorus)
I will fight for the right of America's dream of liberty
So I can say whatever I want freely
Without the goverment listening with an open ear
Without that constant state of fear

I will fight for the right of America's dream of liberty
So I can say whatever I want freely
Without the goverment listening with an open ear
Without that constant state of fear
(/chorus)

Lyrics are an expression of your heart and soul
but the toll it takes on a man with a heart of coal
is unknown to the critics who think the lyrics
are worthess and agressive, they just don't see the cryptic
articulate masterpiece we all put into our own words
ugres to knock out crtics is absurd
to the mind of intellectuals, well tell me individuals
what would it be if I used substantial lyrics to provide miracles
to those less fortunate then me, so they can hear the words I speak
they can take these lyrics, give strenght to the weak
and at the peak of the adrenaline, they forget about everything
and the only thing they hear is the lyrics to my song, and other things
slip away from their mind, and they begin to forget
the regrets they have, of the stress they always get
so just take the time to enjoy tranquility
because suddenly there will be no more honesty.

(chorus)
I will fight for the right of America's dream of liberty.
So I can say whatever I want freely,
Without the goverment listening with an open ear.
Without that constant state of fear.

I will fight for the right of America's dream of liberty.
So I can say whatever I want freely,
Without the goverment listening with an open ear.
Without that constant state of fear.
(/chorus)

Yo Angel,

This is way long.  It needs a lot of condensation.

Well, it's supposed to be long cause' it's a rapping song so the words are spoken at a fast pace, if I condensed it, it would be rather short >.>
