Come Pray With Me.

I praise you Oh Lord my God
for you are the one
who planted the seed of faith
into my desert like heart.

Lord, you are the one
who opened and watered
the dried, rejective heart
of mine that locked out compassion.

Lord, you watered the dryness
and bitterness
that surrounded my soul
with the holy water of love.

Lord, I know I am a sinner
and I try my hardest to change
but this will take me some time
because all I know how to do
is evil deeds.

Lord, you will slowly change me
and you are doing so as I write this
with the guiding hand
you have on my heart.

Lord, as of right now
forgive me for what I have done
for I'm blind to the brightness of truth
that you have put infront of me.

Lord I come to you on bended knee
for you can open my eyes so I can see.
