i started writing this one a few days ago, i just wrote it, i wasn't even thinking, and i got 2 stanzas through and stopped. i then went to continue writing it today and it took me several hours to figure out the meaning of what i had written because i had only put pen to paper and it sorta just appeared... i dont usually write so easily.. it just happened.. so im hoping this one will be good. so here goes; MORE THAN A BROKEN HEART she felt a lingering heartbeat, as his arms fell away, in the shadow of the dark, she had her debt to pay... one more time she tries, to hold bak a moment, she cant stand any longer, he will make her repent... she'll always be alone, if she keeps on playing, with all the broken hearts, now they're all decaying... so his soul flies away, to a much better place, there's still hollow inside, just look into his face... one moment too long.. one human to falter.. one heart broken.. one life now taken... the sun is for the days.. the moon for the nights.. but you are forever. |

Interesting write. If it wasn't for the last line, so definitive, I would say these poetically deep ponderings might give an indication as to how to live this story of love. Love, Margherita |

Very introspective piece. I enjoyed reading. I think it might flow better with a new last stophe. I can't quite get that last part but I'm a slow learner. Pleasure to read sharyn |
