No one’s ever apologized to Felix.
No one’s ever said “I’m sorry.”

He doesn’t know
what that stuff is all about.

As a result, Felix doesn’t do remorse.

Bobby

I understand, dear Bobby. Your words speak clearly.

Felix might want to learn in time that to say "I am sorry", to forgive and to be forgiven, represents one of the most beautiful tools in the healing of human relationships.

Of course the premise is that we realize that we may have hurt someone, this awareness too is not easy to gain.

Love,
Margherita

Thanks dear Margherita,

This is from Felix's early days.

As you may remember, Felix and his foster dad did make up when the foster dad got old, and expressed his apologies, and Felix accepted them.

Love Bobby

I've come to learn that understanding Felix, as understanding may go, is to consider the time of his life, and the context from which he is assessed. Without doing that, I've run into some apparent contradictions.

Great work, as always, Bobby!

I think every one has some remorse as they grow older, some people handle it better than others by realizing that they can't go back and moving forward with what they have learned in a positive way.

Thanks Jmjovies,

I'm pleased you like the Felix stories.

Thanks for the kind words.

I'm afraid Felix never owned a hat, until he grew old.  Now he has a baseball cap that he wears in the summer when the sun is too bright.

Thanks Art,

Thanks for the kind words.  Felix is a book, and it's almost finished.  Felix will all fit together as a real person in the book.

Thanks dear Ida,

I'm seventy-one, going on seventy-two.  I honestly can't think of a thing that I am remorseful about.

I know what you're thinking "sociopath"--perhaps a little.

Thanks dear Ida,

Ain't that the truth?  Don't those hypocrites make you tired though?

Hello Bobby, sometimes people think strangely, they respect more what they are afraid about than what is nice....No matter...
