Everyone knows that Felix is a bad person. He’s done the bad stuff in the past, he’s doing the bad stuff now, and he’ll do bad stuff in the future. The one thing he will never, ever do is lie to you. No, he’ll never do that, that’s one trick he’ll never pull. He’ll look you right in the eye, and tell you the honest truth, as he sees it. You can hut him all you damned well please, he’s been hurt before, and worse than you could ever hurt him. He’ll not tell you any stinking lies. Bobby |

Felix is not a bad person in God's eyes and that is what counts really, don't you think, dear Bobby? A life without lies is quite the deed! To survive or to not hurt somebody, sometimes truth is given the quality of elasticity. The intention though is very deserving in a kid especially. Have a nice day! Love, Margherita |

Thanks dear Margherita, Felix has always been a good Catholic boy. God is not his problem. It's the cops, and their crowd of hypocrites. Love Bobby |

As the old adage goes, "and the truth shall set you free". I believe that Felix innately knows that. ~ He ain't no fool. lol I have come across some of the meanest, 'baddest' people in my life ~ but I have always been able to see a spark of God in them. Sometimes it has been 'almost' imperceptible ~ but it's been there. I like that Felix is "an honest Injun", so to speak! He's often misunderstood and he's had some tough breaks in life, but there will come a time when that will be all behind him. winky wink Linda |

The lie is often told as self defense; I think Felix's self defense is his brutal honesty, and his willingness to stand his ground---great indicators of strength of character. I really like it, Bobby! Art |

You may be a dying breed, Bobby. Telling the truth seems to be a lost art these days. Ida |

Thanks Art, I'm familiar with the defensive lie. The problem is, lying then becomes a way of life. Soon, you can't trust anything the poor soul says. That can be a real problem. It's a very sad thing to see. My beautiful and much beloved ex-wife had that problem. She had a brutal father. The poor child couldn’t be trusted with anything. Bobby |

Thanks dear Ida, No, it's not rare at all to tell the truth. Most people tell the truth, and like Felix, just can't lie. Love Bobby |

What ever else Felix may be, he is a man of principles. Life has taken so much, at least leave him the truth. sharyn |
