something gypsy in the dark that hydes your pleasure there raven wing with liquor and fingertips worshiping my eyes are hurry shoes then in a highway's flickering and you look back again over your shoulder's whisper pretending you don't see me but knowing my panting poems like the buttons of your mind that you leave undone sometimes just for the pleasures mending that makes you touch heaven with your eyes closed slowly unwrapping the sinful savoring and spending nights in my daydreams ____________ daark |

Hey D, I thought I had replied to this twice now - and each time - ta da - my reply is gone. Maybe it was eaten by the beauty of your poem, absorbed into the atmosphere, stomped on by little feet (you can thank Balladeer for that one - I am now obsessed by feet. I have developed a foot fetish and I have ALWAYS hated feet!). Anyway, I am distracted by my obvious personal issues going on over in the Poetry Workshop. I love this poem.
