it is those saturday afternoon mornings
no hurry needed kind of shirt on
loose fitting like your eyes

when you look back to some 101
going north but wanting more
something cross country with windows down

and no one else around except strangers
that would rather watch you dance
than the sunsets do their magic

and you wonder if I have it on also
not tucked in, leaving it easy out
and open for your fingers to entertain

that close to my heart skin's welcome
