. A cool blue April day— And I’m happy I will not pay For this apostasy However brazen its ecstasy Either now or later When I open the door To my own home They say Misery loves company And certainly history Has shown it persistently Seeking any man alone Yet greater love Has God for fools Absorbing light In their solitudes Clouds ride across The Eastern sky Above my head A robin sings . |

Very interesting poem. A cool blue April day— And I’m happy He is happy I will not pay For this apostasy However brazen its ecstasy Either now or later When I open the door To my own home He is even happier for a better reason. They say Misery loves company And certainly history Has shown it persistently Seeking any man alone He is happy that his happiness is against the odds. Yet greater love Has God for fools Absorbing light In their solitudes ? very philosophic. God makes fool's life even darker even if the fool does meditation? (punishment?) Clouds ride across The Eastern sky Above my head A robin sings light is blocked by clouds in east. while he is feeling happy in Robin's singing. |

John, A few apostasies now and again never hurt anyone. This is very good writing, and thanks for the new word. Bobby |
