A Rainbow Spans The Distance

I was thinking of you over there
Over the other side here am I
My thoughts travel on a rainbow
Brightly glowing across the sky

With connections heart to heart
I will meet you at rainbows end
Where the sky touches the earth
It lights a path as friend to friend

In love conveyed shore to shore
A rainbow reaches far and wide
While glowing above and beyond
It brings our hearts side by side

It reaches across the far horizon
Although we were oceans apart
As a rainbow spans the distance
When we journey heart to heart
