Felix is as cold as a piece of dry ice that won’t evaporate. He’s as hard as a rock that can’t be split. No one can get to Felix, or reach him ever. His stone-cold heart will never melt. Bobby |

I don't think Felix is as cold as he thinks he is. he just learned never to trust anyone. I know because I tend to be a bit that way myself. Ida |

Thanks Seoulair, Yeah, Felix has a cold outlook on life. Butter doesn't melt in his mouth. Thanks for liking Felix. He's glad you don't hate him, like some people do. Bobby |

Ida, You're a wise kid, and you have the right idea. There is really nothing wrong with being cold. Bobby |

Perhaps Felix doesn't realize, he has won the battle and survived. He doesn't need to be cold anymore and he has love around him to help. Love, Joyce |

I suppose if Felix were made of plain ice, he would melt and lose all of his strength which is needed to survive in that dog-eat-dog world. ![]() Linda |

Thanks dear Joyce, Felix's coldness has developed over a number of years. It remains a part of his personality. People tend to come to him with warmth, and it rather results in a comfortable climate. Felix is a selfish person. Bobby |

Thanks Linda, You are correct. I have seen people "melt" in my world. It's a very sad thing for everyone involved. It’s a sad to see, and devastating for the person that melts. Love Bobby |

I'm as cold as an ice cube in a freezer. I like the poem. |

Thanks Angel, I'm pleased you like the poem. An ice cube will melt at 32 degrees F, while dry ice sublimes at -109 degrees F, and never bothers to melt at all under atmospheric conditions. Bobby |
