Feeling lost and all alone,
A trouble mind is keeping me from sleeping,
Broken heart, still full of love,
With no one to love, a heart ever weeping.

Yet, what do I know of love,
When all I could do was cause pain and strife?
My heart says it needs to love,
But I'm better off alone for the rest of my life!

Lonely heart, lonely soul, unfulfilled
Alone: none to hurt, none to hurt me, nothing to fear
A lonely heart is better than a broken one
Plus, nothing is worse than hurting someone dear!

I can read the pain in your words here... lonely hearts should not be lonely forever..I wish that love finds you again..

A lonely heart is better than a broken one

Words that my son said just yesterday evening too. But as I said to him, I repeat to you: open your heart to give new love a chance! You may give it a try not to hurt anymore those you love ... and then the first thing to do is to ask for forgiveness and to forgive yourself too.

Your pain is felt in this touching poem.
