the paths we make there in the gypsy winds of noon they are separate breezes the eye closed men whisper when we enter from other sides as if they know we are not one but our edges long to be seams with healed melding history and our skin makes the same sounds when we touch our tattoos with lover's hands reading poems between the lines of ourselves drinking our prayers like free whiskey ______________ daark |
