Do Not Count On My Vote it is all much too loud and I do not like the noise and I have grown weary of the political and romantic rhetoric just more words to get you on their side of empty and the flattery is just a skin too thin to leave you lacking when the whole team is there watching you standing on the sidelines wall flowering you have forgotten from where it is you came abandoned quit telling me who it is I should be I have legs and know to stand if you were my hero you wouldn’t have to keep telling me "no darkness has ever been deep enough to extinguish my personal knowledge of love" Anne Rice |
