Ramblings of my day... it has not gone well.. my colleague died today - my tears are flowing..RDB

My day has not been good
I lost a friend today
he died
I had a tooth pulled today
it hurts
Though the loss of my friend
hurts more
And your harsh words surprised my day
They will stay with me
awhile

Be kind at heart....for everyone you meet has their own battle to fight.........

A bad day indeed dear ((((Roniece)))). In surrendering to what is and through the flow of tears, the tension will lessen and you will be able to breathe in harmony with creation again.

So sorry for the loss of your colleague, he will feel your warmth on his way back Home.

Look into the mirror and smile through your tears and say "I love you" to yourself, it helps, while waiting for the warm words to erase the harsh ones. Can be quite sweet!

So sorry for your loss and sorry you had to have a tooth pulled too. I didn't have a good day either. Yesterday was my birthday and I had to have a root canal and that was just to start the day.Hope things get better for you.
