From an atom; a universe... From a cell to a womb to a fetus; a world like a bed in a tomb birthed in light where darkness trod a ballroom dance to search for god From a memory... to a fingerprint... etched in space and time like blueprint nerves that stem the spine; and rings in trees together bind destinies of fallen leaves and pondering of mortal mind evolution... by choice... To be born again from dying skin a cycle embedded deep within like serpents shed away what’s dead along the path that lies ahead what is death? if not... renewal? Epiphanies like packages waiting to be untied; thoughts that hint to what is meant when things are born to die |
