This isn't intended to be a representation of my own personal beliefs or those of any individual. But those that I perceive to be held by society as a whole (how pretentious am I?) Earlier God knows everything God is never wrong He can sing along to every single song And he's seen every scene Of every film That's ever been made. And when He gets paid He's a demon on the quiz machine Down the arcade. He is all seeing and all knowing So if you've got a problem about Who you might be being Or where you might be going? Ask God God'll put you straight There is no ego That He can't deflate God is Great. God knows everything God is never wrong And I could go on and on and on. But I won't. Later God is old and grey. It was never like this in His day He blames the Government Someone should make them pay. What will happen to all the poor kiddies Born into this World? What happened to all the morals and the values That He held? God is grey and old God is cold God is poor, It's not safe for Him To go out anymore. If only He were two Millennia younger. |

Simon, God is safe here in the hood, where he romps around quite nicely. Cute poem. Bobby |

Yours is one of the names I look for when I log on...thanks for keeping me laughing, I was going to write & tell my brother about you but they wont let us have anything sharp in here..... |
