To Take The Risk? ( considering giving to someone)

If I said that you were beautiful,
Would you hold it against me?
Or,
Would you respond in kind?

To take the risk and be rejected,
Will damage, Heart, and mind.

YET~~

If I sit and say nothing
Take no risk at all,
And opportunity has passed
Because, I dropped the ball.

Do I dare take that risk,
Expose the mind and heart,
Would you hold the "secret" gently?
Or, rip it all apart?

OH, but dare I take that risk?
Tell you of your beauty,
Do I dare risk my secret
And risk, rejecting me?

I say, I GO FOR IT
Give you a chance to see,
That I'd like to get to know you
Because your beauty captivates me.

ahhh...the risk of rejection!\

We had rather stick a sscrewdriver in our eye...then be rejected
