Written By Candlelight

Subtle chills surprise the face of this August night
Conjuring autumn’s trace, allures by candlelight
Giving me to the fragrance of warm thoughts

A kiss
Probing in distant melody along adams-apple red
Followed by the sigh of feelings savored, never said
Involuntary shivers elongate down my throat

As I swallow gratefully the nectar of dreams
Oh, majestic relevance flows deeper than it seems
Settling augment as the flame submits to shadows

Low, the light that travels this pantomime of fall
Fervently voracious, lick of lips ephemeral
Breathing in the rapture as I lay in sinless yearn
A kiss

Written by candlelight, aflame the soul cannot discern

Very good, Diamond. I love the "sinless yearn"

Mercy dear lady, but thee art in thy zone
and thy pen is most warm...indeed it is.

Kathleen~
This is *sigh* pretty~

'adams-apple red'

Creatively perfect !

Funny, I just received an email from a unique dictionary where folks can put in their own 'words' and the meanings ... today's word was "Madam's apple"
Noun. A pun on "Adam's apple," it refers to the large bulge on the trachea when it occurs on a woman.

Love your ink-of-think on this~

As rivers run their waters deep and flickers
dance the cherried walls,  a fawn lies still
in fitful sleep as distantly the owl calls.

And from the moon a night is set to wait for
yet another rise,  a rise of light from brightest
sun...that fills the earth, the sea and skies...

Grand lines and images here!...

I am especially fond of:

“majestic relevance flow(ing) deep…”;

“light that travels this pantomime of fall”;

“flame submits to shadows”;

“the nectar of dreams”;

“Subtle chills surprise the face of this August night
Conjuring autumn’s trace, allures by candlelight
Giving me to the fragrance of warm thoughts”;

Applause!
